AI Credits

AI Credits are credits that you redeem for use of the AI Tools. AI Credits are not a currency, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside the AI Tools. There are two types of AI Credits, described below.

Purchase, Validity and Expiry

You must have an active (Add-on) Subscription to purchase AI Credits. AI Credits remain redeemable by using the AI Tools, even without an active (Add-on) Subscription. All in accordance with and limited by these AI Terms.

If you subscribe to a Monthly AI Credit Plan, the payment terms apply in accordance with the Subscriptions section as set out in the Terms. AI Credits are replenished each Billing Cycle in the quantity included in your plan. These AI Credits expire at the end of that Billing Cycle if unused, whether or not you continue your plan. Cancelling your Monthly AI Credit Plan stops future replenishment but does not affect AI Credits already granted for the current Billing Cycle, which remain usable until that Billing Cycle ends. Your Monthly AI Credit Plan is not affected by cancellation of your (Add-on) Subscription.

Extra AI Credits are billed as a one-time, non-recurring payment. Extra AI Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which they automatically expire. Extra AI Credits are not affected by, and do not expire upon, cancellation of your (Add-on) Subscription and/or Monthly AI Credit Plan.

AI Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by mandatory law or in accordance with the Terms. AI Credits are forfeited without compensation upon (i) the expiry described above, (ii) account deletion, or (iii) termination of your account in accordance with the Terms, whichever occurs first.

Right of Withdrawal

By completing a AI Credits purchase, you expressly request that GameServerApp makes your AI Credits available to you immediately, before the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You acknowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal for that purchase once the AI Credits have been made available to you. This does not affect any other rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

AI Processing Options

When you use the AI Tools, you choose how your data is processed:

• GSA Hosted AI: your data is processed exclusively on GameServerApp's own infrastructure and hardware.
• Public Cloud: your data is sent to a third-party AI provider selected by GameServerApp ("Public Cloud Provider") for processing. By selecting this option, you expressly authorize GameServerApp to transfer the relevant data to the Public Cloud Provider for that purpose, and you confirm you have the right to do so (including, where applicable, consent from any third party whose data you submit).

If you do not want your data to leave GameServerApp's infrastructure, select GSA Hosted instead.

AI Output Disclaimer

The AI Tools uses artificial intelligence to generate amongst other content: responses, summaries, suggestions, or configurations ("Output"). Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any Output before relying on it or applying it to your game servers, community, or infrastructure. GameServerApp does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any Output, and use of the AI Tools and its Output is at your own risk, in line with the Disclaimer as applicable under the Terms.

Governing Law

These AI Terms are governed by, and form part of the Terms, which are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, as set out in the Terms.

Changes

We may update these AI Terms from time to time in the same manner as described in the Terms. Changes will not reduce the validity period of AI Credits you already purchased before the change takes effect, except where required by law.
