We are based in the Netherlands and process most Personal Information in the European Economic Area. Where we or our Service Providers transfer Personal Information outside the European Economic Area, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for that transfer.

AI Tools

If you use the AI Tools and choose Public Cloud processing, the data you submit (including any Personal Information it may contain) is shared with the Public Cloud Provider. GameServerApp will select Public Cloud Providers that according to their terms do not use your data to train an AI model. If you choose GSA Hosted AI processing instead, your data is processed exclusively on GameServerApp's own infrastructure and is not shared with any third-party AI provider, and is not used to train any AI model.

Where a Public Cloud Provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is subject to the safeguards described under International Transfer above.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
