Honestly, this was a savior to me. I spent weeks setting up another mod just for it to get taken away from me by MS Store and PSN's mess. I was also paying for several other things that were time-consuming to set up because they were not streamlined into one system. Like a bot that monitors the server and does rcon and a website. All sorts of logging and other services aside from the shop I didn't realize were really a part of it. The product reduced the work to set up, it reduced the number of bots in my discord and it reduced the number of bots and services in my discord that we have been paying for. Thanks! OH, I almost forgot, at a lower price than my previous shop provider.

I've been using GSA for a long time,
I took part in some debugging for ARK at the beginning.
I came back, created a new account and I'm still using GSA for my Dedicated servers!
I can only recommend it!
Max answers as quickly and clearly as possible, and yet I haven't been nice sometimes in my tickets. But I always come back!
Thanks for your contribution to the ARK and Dedicated Server community!

i cant complain! Moving from nitrado and years of basically begging support for help. I've mainly dealt with max for most things related to gsa, but he's done an awesome job.

Using DediConnect software is super simple, and the instructions guide is very easy to follow. The installation of game servers is seamless and effortless. Love the auto-update feature, and discord/email notifications. Plus a huge bonus with an integrated shop system + Webstore that works on most compatible games. Ark (ASA + ASE), Atlas, or any other game that has RCON compatibility. I would recommend this service to any dedicated self-hosting owners to use this software 100%. Looking forward to more games being added to this service!

Excellent, the product helps me manage my Ark SE and ARK ASA community, complex jobs are left to the tool, allowing me to focus on the player experience. Brilliant app for managing your servers. This app got everything an admin needs, and it even works great for RCON. The developer also gives good support on their discord channel and is always answering the best they can. I dont even know how I would do everything without the app. It saved me a lot of time already!

Their customer support is nearly non-existent. Simply because an email address of mine does not exist anymore (the domain has expired. I will not spend 20 bucks to renew the domain to recover a single account. Not worth spending that for one single account).

I do not recommend using their service if their customer support won't work with you to recover the account. That just shows how unreliable they are.

I have been using GameServerApp.com since April 2019 on the recommendation of several of my trusted peers. This platform is by far the most user friendly, cost-effective way to manage servers with a vast amount of features and options to best grow your community/business. Additionally, the customer service provided by this company is second to none. Issues get resolved in minutes, not days. Simply put, GameServerApp.com is the 10/10 in world filled with 5/10s.

First off, Max (GSA) is an absolute rockstar when your stuck on something, he helps you debug any issue you come across. The panel itself does need some missing features for partners, the Owner can only do some things that should come with permissions for Sub-Owners, but overall I have had a wonderful experience with this Game Panel. Mods are always up to date, installing new servers is a breeze, GSA is always adding new features based on your feedback. 100% will stick with GSA!

The GSA experience is second to none. While they remain one of the more expensive hosting providers the service is professional, the support is amazing and constant.

You can always offset the cost by using their DediConnect system, which is just bloody glorious!

Theirs are systems are rich with features but not bloated with unnecessariness.

The UI is very friendly and there is an extensive knowledge base available if you're stuck.

GameServerApp is hands down the best gaming supprting appt I've ever used. Cheap, easy, and their support is like having a tech-savvy buddy. My server had issues, but these guys held my hand through the fix. No judgment, just good vibes. If you need a great server tool, GameServerApp is the real deal. The future.
It has never been so easy and pleasant to host multiple game servers and always have everything in view. Super well thought out and with a number of possibilities to react to all eventualities. The range of possible games is constantly expanding and enables communities to offer a wide range of different games. It is unimaginable to operate a large Ark Cluster today without Gsa!

Servers run fine without issue and features are great, however support and server availability are lacking.

Edit: In response to the reply: Its an issue everytime I come back to rent and need more space. You treat it like its non-issue in your discord. Your website shows both Settler tiers as available for the last 24 hrs, yet they cant be purchased. The rating was harsh but the point remains.

Most everything I like, but there are a few very important things that are not working properly which is highly disappointing considering the amount I pay for how many machines I run. The sync is not a well working system when you use more than one machine with GSA, character transfers tend to crash more often than not. So im not sure this is the best way to go with bigger clusters.

Got some help today again from Max with GSA, was very accommodating and knew in an instant how to help. Had nothing to do with GSA and everything to do with our system configuration, he went beyond to point us in the right direction and toss us an article that was exactly what we needed. Thank you again Max and GSA is just dang near flawless.
